A series of drone sounds created using a roland system 100 modular synth. Lots of deep roaring bass.

808 drum-machine pattern with oldschool monopoly stab/chord. Notes played:. G4 d#4g4d5 f#5c5g4. Dfx buffer override is applied on the 808 kick/lg pattern to add a bouncy style. Can also upload individuals sounds/tracks if asked. . .

Sampled from an old transistor organs rhythm unit. Recorded with a rme babyface. Cut and processed using audacity, reaper and ocenaudio. It's always nice to hear what projects you use these sounds for. Let me know. ;-).

Doepfer a-118 white noise through an a-108 vcf8 using the band-pass out. Audio level: 4. 5emphasis/resonance: 9frequency: around 12khz. Recorded using a rme babyface and cubase 6. 5. I tried to cut seemless loops. It's always nice to hear what projects you use these sounds for. Let me know. ;-).

Privatedareno2 - 3patches - 3min. A challenge kindly started by alienxxx \(^_^)/. Patch 1: the patch that was… a patch i did yesterday. Got that one for free, so to speak. Patch 2: inspired by distant airplanes. Had this in mind. Now i patched up my idea. The wind (or what you decide to call it) is controlled by alm pip slope. New module – for me. Used an external effect, the zoom ms-70cdr. Patch 3: read about feedback. I decided to do a feedback patch. First i made one using oscillators, but i did not manage to do something nice. So i used filters. The first filters feedback is generating triggers. Oh, yes, and i used my sampler (soundmachines ul1uloop). So three patches. I merged/mixed them together in audacity. All sound unedited. Just normalized and i have applied fade in/out – and mixed them together - as written.

Using a bass drum module to get not that bassdrummy sounds. . . Combining this with different types of feedback. I didn't know how to end the recording, as you will notice. I'm using an analog delay and spring reverb. Maybe the ending in it self is interesting? i find it hard to "tag" this sound :-)how useless is this sound on a scale from 1 to 5? 5 is totally useless. . .

Hello,. This is the sample pack that i completed for the sound design course at slam academy. The theme of this pack is sounds that could be used to make melancholy and dark sounding music, but use however you see fit. I used ableton’s operator and analog synthesizers and xfer’s serum plugin to create this sounds. All processing was used using ableton’s stock effects and serum’s stock effects. played live - getting some cool trippy sounds out of a little circuit i built. Jammin on the 60hz hum! i think my body was an acting as an antenna for that ubiquitous drone as i laid my hands on the device. Reminds me of certain early progpsy tunes, c. 1999. Really creates some interesting moods with a little echo. Enjoy!.

Originally made for the disquiet junto project 0433: "kit bits: create a kit’s worth of percussion samples. ". I used 1. Recordings with a telephone coil microphone recording sounds from an external blu ray drive and a smartphone (telephone coil recorded via behringer xenyx q1202 usb mixer, line-in) and 2. Random recordings from a soma ether device (recorded with zoom h1n, line-in). In these recordings i picked up those areas which i though to be useful for a drum kit, just as i would do it for myself. This track contains all samples in no special order in one file. All samples my own, released into cc0 public domain. Would be nice to hear if someone does something with it.
